Courtney grew up in the small town of Woodstock, New Brunswick.  She has always held a strong passion for working with animals. After graduating high school, Courtney studied at Dalhousie’s Agricultural Campus in Bible Hill, NS and graduated with a BSc in Bioveterinary Science, minor in Equine Science, and certification in Animal Welfare. She is also currently working on her MSc in Equine Science.

Courtney’s interests are deeply rooted in animal health and welfare and she has been gaining a ton of experience since joining the East Hants Animal Hospital team.  She loves meeting all of the fur babies and interacting with clients.

In her spare time Courtney enjoys horseback riding, hiking with her two Saint Bernard Dogs, and cuddling on the couch watching Netflix with her cat.
